External Review Group

For the final technical review, we are requesting participation from MLabs as an experienced Cardano/Haskell engineering organisation, together with individual MLabs developers who can independently assess relevant parts of the implementation.

The intended review group is:

• MLabs organisational review — an overall technical observation on the completed HaskLedger implementation.
• 2–3 individual MLabs developers — providing independent technical observations based on their respective areas of expertise.

Reviewer names, roles and areas reviewed will be recorded in the final feedback report.

Why MLabs was selected

MLabs was selected because of its technical relevance to HaskLedger.

HaskLedger's compilation architecture builds on Covenant and c2uplc, technologies developed and maintained within the MLabs ecosystem. During HaskLedger development, the project team also interacted with MLabs around compiler behaviour, Covenant IR and c2uplc code-generation issues.

MLabs developers therefore have relevant expertise in:

• Haskell;
• Cardano smart contracts;
• Plutus / UPLC;
• Covenant;
• c2uplc;
• compiler and DSL architecture; and
